First Week Reflection!

Last week we were hit with a huge snowstorm, so unfortunately, I did not get very many opportunities to sub due to the shortened week. I did get one job though in an ESL classroom. I really enjoyed being able to work with students in small groups, this allowed me to make more personal connections with students. I would definitely do this again if it comes up!

My goals for this next week are:

1. Book more sub jobs
2. Make a brochure of my portfolio
3. Start networking
4. Start my Love and Logic book
5. Obtain letters of recommendation to add to my applications
6. Getting more involved with Twitter in edchats (@meet_miss_b)

I feel confident that I am on the right track towards my ultimate goal: getting my own classroom! Hopefully next week I will have more to share!
